Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip to include in the box.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the electronic components and all original accessories securely in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
